Mental health is a vital component of a balanced, peaceful life. How can the teachings and practices of the Buddhist tradition assist us in achieving and sustaining our sense of well-being? Do they stand alone, or can we integrate them with other mental health techniques? The day will consist of both meditative practice and group discussion on this vital topic. A vegetarian/vegan lunch will be provided. FEE: $5 or donation.
